Phone Calls, Emails and Test Results

If you wish to speak to your doctor please leave a message with reception staff. Our doctors try to return calls in their administration time in order to minimise delays in the waiting room. If your call is urgent, please explain the reason in case we need to interrupt a consultation.

Emails are checked and replied to daily and forwarded to the relevant Doctor for action. Requests for appointments or prescriptions, etc, or urgent matters, should not be made via email.

For test results, please call our practice nurse between Monday and Friday and she will be able to give results over the phone. Please allow two working days for results to be available.
