Yes, we administer a number of types of vaccines.
Our Nurses provide routine childhood immunisations in line with the National Immunisation Program Schedule.
Visits for routine childhood immunisations are bulk billed.
29 May 2018 – Currently, Flu Vaccine is on very short supply throughout Australia. Contact the surgery to see if any are available.
Annual flu vaccinations are available from approximately March each year. Appointments can be made with the practice nurse for these vaccinations or at one of our Flu Clinics.
The Flu Vaccine is funded by the Government for:
people aged over 65;
children 6mths to 5 years, and;
people with a chronic health condition, which is detailed in the Government’s criteria.
For everyone else, the Flu Vaccine will cost $20.
For overseas travel immunisations, a half hour appointment is required with a doctor. This allows time for travel and health advice, prescribed medications to cover you for any health risks associated with your travel and travel vaccinations.

We recommend you make an appointment to see your doctor at least 6 weeks prior to your travel dates.
Most vaccines are available, however at times there are shortages and some vaccines may have to be ordered for later delivery.
