How can I provide feedback?

If there is any aspect of the service you receive that you are unhappy with, then please discuss this with our Practice Manager, Donna Gervasoni. Also, please feel free to talk to your doctor or the reception staff or put it in writing if you would like. Your doctor is happy to receive constructive criticism.


If you feel you need to make a complaint to an outside agency, contact the Health Services Commissioner through the below details:
